The staff shone brightly, especially at the front desk; their quick action in returning my misplaced $100 was a testament to their integrity. Location was fantastic—just a short walk to the falls and great eateries nearby. The room felt spacious, with handy outlets and a mini-fridge. the absence of real curtains made sleep a bit tricky, and cleanliness issues like a smeared towel were disappointing. Wi-Fi worked well, but a pool would’ve been nice to have. Despite a couple bumps, the warmth of the staff truly made an impression.

Comfort Inn the Pointe offers unbeatable proximity to Niagara Falls, just a short stroll away. The spacious family rooms and comfortable beds made our stay pleasant. Friendly staff and a safe, well-lit parking area were added bonuses, despite some breakfast and housekeeping hiccups.

The hotel is just across the street from Niagara State Park, making it super convenient to walk to incredible attractions like the American Falls and the Maid of the Mist boat tour in no time – all within a pleasant stroll! We loved being able to enjoy delicious breakfast options each morning before our adventures, with plenty of food stalls and carts nearby, including a must-try falafel joint and various sit-down restaurants needing reservations. The beds were comfy, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay felt welcoming and enjoyable, but the shower head in our room didn’t work properly and needed attention.

Perfect location. Just steps from the park and major attractions. Ideal for families. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring breakfast was well-stocked and the coffee flowed 24/7. Breakfast, however? Mediocre. Microwave meals don’t cut it, and many resorted to throwing choices away. Rooms were clean and spacious, though some could use updates. Limited amenities led to cramped conditions with four people. Missing information about local dining options and events was a letdown. Still, the proximity to everything made travel easy. With nearby restaurants and food trucks, dining was a breeze. A souvenir shop would enhance the experience. A solid choice, but improvements in food and communication would elevate it significantly.

the hotel was super clean and so close to the park. we could easily walk to the park in just a few minutes and back to the hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful - always making great suggestions for restaurants and even providing extra towels and soaps when we asked. and the breakfast spread had everything we needed - even a waffle maker - which was a big hit!

Our room had a fabulous view of the rapids and the city on the Canadian side. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the falls. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. We had a great stay at Comfort Inn! I'll recommend this hotel.

i arrived to a full hotel, but the staff kindly held my bags until my room was ready. after a day at the falls, i returned to a clean, comfortable room. the complimentary breakfast was packed with a variety of options and the staff efficiently kept everything filled and were very helpful.

Super close to the falls, a 2-minute walk. Large room, ample free parking, and good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had an amazing time at the hotel and loved the close proximity to Niagara Falls Park. It was so convenient to walk back and forth without any hassle. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we wished we could take the pillows home with us! The staff were friendly and gave us great tips for visiting Canada. We were also grateful for the on-site parking and the option to explore by walking or using local transportation. The breakfast offered a good start to the day, and we can't wait to bring our grandson here in the future.
